Refund policy

We are happy to accept returns and offer refunds on our products only if the below general conditions for returns and refunds are respected:

• Items must be accompanied by the proof of purchase, including the delivery note and the receipt.
• Items must be packaged in their original packaging with their labels.
• Only items that are in their original condition, meaning unchanged, unused, undamaged and clean are eligible for return & refund.
• Returns must be initiated within the specified period within 14 days from date of purchase and for all items.
• Refunds will be processed to your original form or payment.

Repeated returns: We provide a flexible returns policy to guarantee an exceptional shopping journey for you. In case we observe an unusually frequent rate of returns on your account or detect purchases intended for resale, we reserve the right to deactivate your account at our discretion.
