To create an account, go to the registration page and follow the detailed steps. You will need to provide your email address and you will receive an authentication code. Enter this code to access your account.
To manage your addresses, go to the “Addresses” section in your account. You can add a new address, edit an existing address, or delete an address that you no longer use.

Orders
To place an order, select the products you want and add them to your cart. Once your selection is complete, access your basket and click on "Proceed to payment" to complete your order.
Yes, it is possible to order as a guest, but it is recommended to create an account to easily track your order, access your order history and manage your returns more easily.
If an item is out of stock, send us a message to customer.care@bnsfashion.co, indicating "Stock" in the subject line. We will track restocking requests and notify you of availability.
We accept multiple payment methods, including credit cards. All transactions are secured by SSL to guarantee the protection of your data.
Your package will be carefully prepared to ensure an optimal experience. Your item will be wrapped in tissue paper, placed in a BNS bag, and delivered in a cardboard box. In the case of an order containing a lightweight item, it will be wrapped in tissue paper and delivered in a small box.
If you wish to cancel your order after validation, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Note that cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.
After receiving the confirmation email with your order number, allow 2 business days to receive shipping confirmation, which will include your tracking number.
To exchange a product, you must return the original item and place a new order for the replacement product. Details of the returns procedure are available in the “Returns and Refunds” section of our site.
Your invoice will be attached to the shipping confirmation email and will also be printed and included in your package.

Send us an email as soon as possible to customer.care@bnsfashion.co with "Address Error" in the subject line to correct this. Changing the address after validation of the order should be exceptional and is only possible if the package has not yet been shipped.
If, despite the care taken in producing your order, an item turns out to be exceptionally defective, please contact Customer Care at customer.care@bnsfashion.co, specifying "Item defect" in the subject line .
Delivery
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track the status of your delivery.
No, customs and import duties are not included in the shipping. They are payable by the customer upon delivery.
We offer free delivery on all orders in France and the United Arab Emirates. For orders placed from other countries, delivery rates are available during checkout.
You may be required to provide valid identification at the time of delivery.
If the status of your order has not changed within 72 hours, contact our customer care at customer.care@bnsfashion.co with "Parcel lost" in the subject line.
We use international delivery services that guarantee precise delivery times. Your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days from order confirmation.
We offer express delivery. Specific conditions and costs are indicated during the ordering process. We deliver to many regions around the world. You can consult the list of areas served on our site or during the ordering process.
Return and Refund
You can return the items according to the general conditions of returns within 14 days after delivery.
To return a product, please follow the following instructions:
Submit your return request online in your personal space at the following address . Tap the “Request a Return” button. Please select the items you wish to return and indicate in the field the reason for the return. Returns will be accepted and refunded only if the refund policy is respected. It can be found on the Refund Policy page.
In the package received you will find a return label and a return form. Mark the items you wish to return on the form and include it in the return package. Pack your items in the original packaging and attach the return label to the original shipping label. Email us at customer.care@bnsfashion.co if you need a new return label.
Drop off the item at any DHL point in your city or arrange a DHL pickup from your address by scheduling this via the DHL website.
If you want to exchange an item, the process is the same. Please submit a return request and place a new order for the new item.
We offer a flexible return policy to ensure a great shopping experience. However, if we notice an unusually high rate of returns on your account or purchases intended for resale, we may deactivate your account at our discretion. If you believe that your access or order has been unfairly restricted, please contact our Customer Care team who will help you resolve the problem.
If you do not have the returns form, please print your order and note the products to be returned. If you do not have the return label, please email us at customer.care@bnsfashion.co, with "Return Label" in the subject line. We will send you the return label to print and stick on your package.
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been made. Your refund will be processed within 10 to 20 days.
We do not reimburse return shipping costs if you use your own return method.
Payments
You can pay for your purchases by debit and credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS). You will be charged once your order is confirmed. If your order is canceled you will not be charged any fees.
No, we do not offer tax-free shopping options online.
No, we do not currently offer gift cards.
